目前我司使用的报关系统为QP预录入系统，作为报关企业与海关之间的桥梁。我司现使用的报关辅助工作系统已全面实现了舱单运抵自动查询、校对、放行信息自动查询并记录于系统，该系统的计算机自动校对既提高了工作效率，也有效避免了因人员疏忽造成的录入错误问题的发生，实现了现代化高效率的电脑网络办公。
针对出口货物，尤其是拼箱货物的复杂多变的问题，我司在面对突发着急验货时，会由客户经理单独跟进，从取验单，转关封，预约提箱，摆箱验货，放行。每一个环节都可运用人脉关系，保证及时高效的完成。
